If we determine that this email is in fact spam we will promptly delete the reseller's site that sent the spam and we will block their access to our server. Any software that the offender has purchased from us will be disabled and they will no longer be able to use it. We will also file a formal complaint with their internet service provider and depending on the seriousness of the incident we may file a civil suit against them.
